Scheduling & Cancellation Policy for Kung Plastic Surgery in Chevy Chase, MD

Please review our scheduling and cancellation policy below for important information.

Appointments

To schedule an appointment, please call:  (301) 986-8878

** For new patients only, there is now a scheduling fee of $100.00 for cosmetic and/or medical consultations. You may apply this as credit for any service or product offered by our office upon arrival at Dr. Kung’s office.

Cancelling & Rescheduling

Please be courteous if you need to cancel your appointment! We ask that you inform us at least 2 days in advance. This enables us to see other patients who are waiting for our medical care.

** IMPORTANT: Please read the following policy carefully.

New Patients:

If you cancel your appointment THE DAY before, you will NOT be refunded. If you reschedule THE DAY before your appointment, there will be an additional $100.00 fee that may be applied as credit for any treatment. If you miss your appointment without calling to reschedule, the $100.00 scheduling fee will NOT be refunded.

Existing Patients:

If you fail to cancel the appointment at least a day before or you no show, an appointment fee of $50.00 will be assessed.

No-Shows

** IMPORTANT: A “no-show” is someone who misses an appointment without notice. In this instance, your $100.00 scheduling fee will NOT be refunded to new patients and a $50.00 fee will be charged for existing patients.

Please be aware that this policy reflects the fact that your time is as valuable as ours.
